This intermediate-level group will focus on reviewing the concepts of English grammar and how to use them through weekly themes. Reading, writing, speaking, listening, and vocabulary-building tasks will be practiced each week through Zoom. We’ll review key concepts you need to understand to pass the high school equivalency exams. Topics will include fractions, lines and angles, exponents, probability, and much more. We’ll work through GED practice problems available through the Free Library website, view short videos, and review problems assigned for homework. This learning circle is appropriate for students who are comfortable with basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
